    Our client, one of the largest producers/manufacturers of Automotive parts in USA is looking for Group leader (Global Supply chain) to work at Buffalo, NY.

     

    **Job Title:** Group leader (Global Supply chain)

    **Location:** Buffalo NY 14207

    **Pay Range:** $40 - $43 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    As a **Global Supply Chain Group Leader** , you are responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment. Participates in the training, developing and evaluating of hourly team members.

     

    Participates in the **development of highly effective teams. Leads Global Manufacturing Systems(GMS)** processes and serves as resource supporting launch and pilot activities in assigned areas.

     

    **Meets or exceeds production cost schedule** and maintains quality requirements.

    **Maintains awareness of quality standards** , and communicates department quality goals, and leverages resources to solve quality issues.

    **Motivates, trains** and **develops employees** to **effectively perform their jobs** utilizing standardized methods.

     

    Ensure team members** receive adequate **JIT (job instruction training).

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    **Highest Completed Education:** Require associate and bachelor’s degree regardless of experience.

    **Year of experience:** Ideal for a candidate to have manufacturing supervisory assistance. UAW experience is ideal, not required.

    **Chance for extension?** Yes, there is a chance for extension. We do work around holiday schedule

     

    Candidate will manage 20 to 30 leaders **.**
