Summary YOU WILL SERVE AS AN ELECTRONICS MECHANIC IN THECOMMANDING OFFICER, MRO PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT, PRODUCTION LINES DIVISION OF FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will implement maintenance and repair procedures on major modifications of systems previously assigned to the activity. You will maintain unusually complex systems that have frequent engineering changes such as in design, construction, operating and servicing procedures. You will work from manufacturer/ military specifications, schematics, block diagrams, and technical orders, determine the operation of circuits, locate points from which to take readings, analyze wiring layout and make visual inspections. You will use a variety of test equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, signal/pulse generators, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to isolate component defects that the Automated Test Equipment cannot detect. You will assist engineering personnel in developing, debugging, or modifying diagnostic programs by recommending changes where necessary and identifying apparent contradictions between test specifications and test programs.
