    Support the coordination and execution of Inventory Management including storeroom replenishment, vendor execution, department process, as well as supporting overall system data integrity\.

    Essential Functions:

    + Monitors inventory levels and material demand for assigned location\(s\) and replenishes inventory ensuring appropriate on\-hand quantities\.

    + Assists with maintaining accurate records of corporate inventory and assigned location\(s\)\.

    + Works with assigned locations and suppliers to ensure Eversource inventory needs are supported in a timely accurate manner\.

    + Expedites past due orders with suppliers and communicates delivery information to business partners\.

    + Maintains Open order integrity

    + Item Master data maintenance, adding new items, revisions, and phase out/phase in\.

    + Assists with coordination of quarantined materials, return to vendor, follow through to final disposition\.

    + Assists other analysts on major projects\.

    Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:

    + Ability to analyze information

    + Good verbal and written communication skills

    + Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Suite \(Excel; Word; PowerPoint, etc\.\)

    _Education:_

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related discipline or equivalent experience

    _Experience_ :

    + Zero \(0\) to three \(3\) years of related experience

    Working Conditions:

    + Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required\.

    + Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary\.
