About the role
We are seeking Sr. Oracle Functional Architect who will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions focusing on Payroll Benefits Time & Labor Core HR and Absence Management. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance corporate and finance operations ensuring seamless integration and optimization of HR processes.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategies.
+ Oversee the integration of Payroll Benefits Time & Labor Core HR and Absence Management modules to streamline HR operations.
+ Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and enhancements.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle Cloud HCM configurations and processes.
+ Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower HR teams with Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
+ Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless HR operations.
+ Drive innovation by exploring new features and functionalities within Oracle Cloud HCM.
+ Support corporate and finance domains by integrating HR solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
+ Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Contribute to the company’s purpose by optimizing HR processes impacting employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
What you need to have to be considered
+ Possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll Benefits Time & Labor Core HR and Absence Management.
+ Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Have a solid understanding of corporate and finance operations to align HR solutions with business goals.
+ Show proficiency in hybrid work environments balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
+ Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Oracle Cloud HCM advancements.
• Experience in utilities domain is a plus enhancing the ability to tailor solutions for industry-specific needs.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
