• About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated EVS Supervisor to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you’ll a ssist the manager in maintaining a high-quality standard of cleanliness by conducting daily inspections to observe cleaning processes and ensure that standards are met.

• What You’ll Do

+ Train, monitor performance, and conduct quality inspections to provide timely feedback of coaching to staff.

+ Work on all floors to assure employees are performing environmental services and sanitation tasks daily

+ Assist with daily cleaning and discharge/dirty rooms

+ Perform checks and inspections in daily rooms and dirty rooms

+ Supervise staff and makes daily scheduling edits based on operational needs

+ Conduct trainings, maintain quality and compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborate with other departments to support efficient facility operations.

• What You Bring

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred

+ At least 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting

+ Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in custodial/environmental/housekeeping services
