1:1 Behavior Technician –

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring Behavior Techs to work one-on-one with a student in a local school for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Details:

? Start: January 5th

? Weekly pay

? Up to 40 hrs/week

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide 1:1 support for a student with behavioral needs

+ Work with non-verbal autism and challenging behaviors

Requirements:

+ Experience in 1:1 behavioral settings (ABA, psych, school, etc.)

+ Comfortable with extreme behavioral cases

+ 1+ year working with kids with Autism, ADHD, or aggressive behaviors

+ School experience preferred
