    Should be able to meet the quality, productivity targets & defined timelines to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure there is no penalty due to miss in SLA’s. Demonstrate analytical capabilities while performing tasks. Should adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance which result in a satisfactory audit rating

    Your role

    + Right translation of customer queries, by the translation solution being implemented.

    + Queries regarding Products and customer orders needs to be addressed. Product knowledge and training will be conducted post joining.

    + Should be able to meet daily task handling through various form & medium of communication, written and/or verbal or phone.

    + Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, well versed with Excel and other MS Office tools

    + Stellar customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate customer frustration

    + Must possess a strong understanding on preferred language comprehension skills and translation skills.

    + Sound decision making.Should have knowledge on ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service /Operations.

    + Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills in the mentioned language being hired for, C1 level

    + Exposure to business domain is an added advantage.

    + Excellent grasping powers able to understand the various processes.

    + Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skill.
