    Responsible for driving integrated marketing initiatives across all digital channels to deliver a seamless, connected customer experience. Oversees social media, Email Marketing, Digital Content, and Marketing Operations and Analytics, while managing the technology stack and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.

    Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

    + Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across digital, content, marketing operations and analytics functions.

    + Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

    + Oversee all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, digital content and digital advertising.

    + Drive engagement and conversion through innovative campaigns, automation, and personalized experiences.

    + Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

    + Manage marketing technology platforms (Marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, etc.) to enable efficient campaign execution.

    + Lead the creation and distribution of compelling digital content that supports brand storytelling and demand generation.

    + Leads development and execution of the AI and automation roadmap across the department.

    + Partner with IT and vendors to ensure system integration and data integrity.

    + Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.

    + Use data and insights to refine strategies, improve targeting, and enhance customer engagement.

    + Collaborate with Marketing Leadership, eCommerce, Customer Experience and Analytics, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

    + Own key department processes, including functional budget management.

    + Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand standards and optimize content for each channel.

    Nature and Scope

    + Problems are typically defined by higher level leadership. Problems are difficult. Solutions require analysis and investigation.

    + Decides how to achieve planned results within an organization's plans, policies, and guidelines. May set or change plans/goals within respective department or area.

    + May manage department via multiple layers of managers OR directly supervise a staff of professional individual contributors at the senior or technical advisor level.

    Work Environment

    + Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

    + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

    + Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

    Education and Experience

    + Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Expertise in omnichannel strategy, marketing automation, and marketing analytics.

    + Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, SEM and content marketing best practices.

    + Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
