• Remote Neurologist (Part-time)

    Job Description

    An employer is looking for an experienced MD Neurologist to join our client's clinical leadership team in a telehealth capacity. This role focuses on oversight and compliance rather than direct patient care. You will ensure clinical protocols are followed, manage nursing staff, and support operational excellence across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Oversee and maintain clinical SOPs and ensure compliance with established protocols.

     

    - Manage and provide guidance to 1 RN initially, with potential growth to 5 RNs.

     

    - Ensure patient care plans are properly implemented and monitored.

     

    - Handle occasional customer and clinic calls (covering approximately 25–30 clinics) during regular business hours.

     

    - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.

     

    Salary: $150,000-200,000 (20 hours/week)

     

    Ideally 4 hours a day Mon-Friday, but open to other hours/days/weekend work if needed

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Licensed physician with an MD and specialization in Neurology

     

    - Strong understanding of clinical protocols

     

    - Leadership experience managing nursing staff preferred

     

    - Excellent communication and organizational skills.

     

    - Comfortable working remotely across CT/MT/PST time zones.
