    Soccer Stars of South Austin is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, positive, kid‑focused coaches to join our team. If you love soccer, enjoy working with children, and want a job that’s active, meaningful, and fun, this is the perfect opportunity.

     

    As a Youth Soccer Coach, you’ll lead engaging sessions for children ages 2–10+, helping them build foundational soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement. We provide a proven curriculum, ongoing training, and a supportive coaching community — you bring the enthusiasm and heart.

     

    Hourly pay starting between $18-$25/hour

     

    Hours: 9:00am - 11:30am, 2:00pm - 4:30pm M-F

    Requirements

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead high‑energy soccer sessions that follow our curriculum and coaching philosophy

    + Teach age‑appropriate skills to small groups of children ages 2–10

    + Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment where every child feels successful

    + Manage groups of up to 15 players with confidence and clarity

    + Communicate with parents and program staff in a friendly, professional manner

    + Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

    + Ensure all safety guidelines and program standards are followed

    What We’re Looking For

    + A genuine passion for working with kids

    + Energetic, active, and enthusiastic personality

    + Excellent communication and people skills

    + Patience, adaptability, and a positive coaching style

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Flexible availability, morning and afternoons

    + Degree in education, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus, but not required
