• Project Manager: Power Plant Equipment

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a leading utilities company located in Mineral, VA. This role will focus on managing projects related to power plant equipment and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day business operations within the plant environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Oversight: Lead and manage projects involving power plant equipment, ensuring alignment with operational goals, timelines, and compliance standards.

     

    Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

     

    Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet deliverables on time and within budget.

     

    Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and plant operations.

     

    Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular status reports, project updates, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

     

    Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability of power plant operations.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.

     

    - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with power plant equipment, maintenance processes, and operational workflows.
