Job Description
Our client is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in north central Florida. This position will be responsible for supporting oncology clinical pharmacy services in an academic teaching service, primarily focusing on bone marrow transplant, cellular therapy, and the malignant hematology inpatient unit. Provides active participation in related education and research activities. This position will work closely with their outpatient counterpart to ensure smooth transitions of care for these patients. Compensation range is $129,000 - $144,000. Relocation options are available.

Skills and Requirements
• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.
• PharmD or equivalent education and hospital or ambulatory training / experience required, based on practice area of the position.
• PGY2 residency or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years-experience in a relevant practice area will be considered equivalent to each year of residency training.
• Knowledge and understanding of general hospital and outpatient clinic operations. • PGY 2 residency training
