What you need to know about this position:
+ The Supervisor - Desktop Services Support plays a crucial role in the Information Technology (IT) operations of Columbus Regional Health (CRH) and Columbus Regional Health Physicians (CRHP).
+ This position is committed to ensuring exemplary customer experience in technology support.
+ The Supervisor - Desktop Services Support oversees support for computers, laptops, related peripherals, printers, software systems and office applications.
+ This role supervises technical support staff, resolving computer hardware, peripherals, and software issues for end-users.
+ This supervisor role also verifies timely problem resolution and ensures proper troubleshooting procedures are followed.
+ Additionally, the Supervisor - Desktop Services Support conducts and/or plans asset inventory for current and future years.
+ The annualized salary range for this position is between $67,808 and $108,285. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
+ This full-time position will require you to work 40 hours a week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation.
What is required for this position:
Education and/or Experience
+ High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
+ Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible, related work experience, with a strong foundation of Operations, Information Technology service delivery and/or customer service roles required.
+ Healthcare, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA), and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH) experience preferred.
+ Information Technology Service Management Software experience required, preferably Service Desk Plus.
+ Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), experience strongly preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
+ Valid Indiana driver's license required. Certification in computer-related field preferred.
