Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Sr Manager, Modernization to provide direction, support, and leadership for all Modernization field operations within the Southeast

**Location:** Remote, U.S

**Travel** : 50% travel required

Your Leadership Impact

+ Provide leadership, training, and technical direction toModernization employees and field operations staff, including support for large bids

+ Analyze office‑level financial results,identifyvariances and drivers,reportand supportfindings with corrective actions

+ Monitorfield testsas well as first inspection and data reports

+ Collaborate with field teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues and critical customer concerns, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction

+ Analyze complaint trends and implement solutions to address systemicissues andenforce adherence to estimated schedules

+ Champion operational excellence throughprocess accountabilityacross the ModernizationfieldOperationsteam within the Operating Area

+ Develop and communicate recommendations for product designs and performance requirements

+ Responsible for the quality of all modernizationsin the Operating Area

Your Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalentrequired; bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 5+years elevator industry experiencerequired

+ Managementexperiencerequired

+ Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

+ Candidate mustdemonstratestrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

+ Needsto be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

+ Successful candidate should bevery comfortablein a technical environmentutilizingMicrosoft based computer software

+ Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
