    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials and finished products.

    + Accurately record and report test results to ensure compliance with specifications.

    + Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to guarantee reliability.

    + Communicate findings and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality.

    + Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    + Proficiency in basic math and data recording for accurate test results.

    + Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
