Job Summary and Qualifications

As a member of the Cardiac Cath Lab team, you will ensure optimal patient care and safety at all times. + You will perform all functions related to physiologic recording, scrubbing, and circulation within the catheterization laboratory.

+ You will use appropriate knowledge and skills to monitor, assess, and provide nursing intervention to patients prior to, during and after invasive cardiac procedures.

What qualifications you will need:

+ Current California Nursing License.

+ ACLS certification required.

+ BCLS certification required.

+ CCRN preferred.

+ NIH Certification

+ Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course.

+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

+ AA Degree.

+ B.S.N or B.A. preferred.

+ 1-year experience working in Cath Lab, EP, IR or 3 years of critical care required

+ 1-year open-heart experience required
