Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Springfield, OH

**Pay Range:** $30-$40/hr

**Shift:** 1st or 3rd shift (3rd shift trains on 1st)

What's the Job?

+ Safely and efficiently repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as production machines, PLCs, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, boilers, plumbing, and electrical systems.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical devices by observing their operation and diagnosing issues.

+ Dismantle machines or equipment, replace defective parts, and adjust mechanisms to ensure optimal performance.

+ Install and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components and systems.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety procedures and safety protocols.

What's Needed?

+ Strong electrical background is a plus.

+ Advanced knowledge of hand and power tools is essential.

+ Ability to work independently and support team efforts to meet critical deadlines.

+ Technical knowledge to troubleshoot and replace machinery, instrumentation, and electrical devices.

+ Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
