    Description

    We're seeking a learning-obsessed Product Manager to help drive the development of our AI-powered training platforms. In this role, you'll be the driving force ensuring our learning products are intuitive, accessible, and effective for our users, playing an instrumental role in determining how learners interact with and consume training content.

     

    You'll partner closely with our Operations, Learning & Development, Science, Analytics and Program teams to understand learner needs, evangelize and build relationships with content creators and subject matter experts, work with tech partners on various teams to build seamless learning experiences, and ensure that our AI platform and tools deliver engaging, effective training that drives measurable learning outcomes.

     

    The successful candidate will have 3+ years focused on UI/UX product management for learning or educational products, strong product leadership tendencies and excellent communication. Previous product management experience in enterprise learning environments is desired.

     

    Ideal candidates will also have an understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and working knowledge of training content creation and management workflows.

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Define, own, prioritize, and deliver against a product roadmap

     

    - Write business requirements, create the case for prioritizing projects, work with tech teams to size and implement software, and track progress to deliver at high bar on time

     

    - Develop metrics and KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and user satisfaction

     

    - Create buy-in for the strategic vision and product roadmap across necessary teams

     

    - Build and manage partnerships with external development partners

     

    - Partner closely across functions, to conduct experiments and collect data to inform future direction

     

    - Leverage data analytics and customer insights to make informed product decisions

     

    About the team

     

    We serve the global Operations organization by centralizing technical and analytical investments in building solutions for common customer problems in the logistics training space.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

     

    - Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field

     

    - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

     

    - Experience owning technology products

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
