About the Opportunity
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a global leader in pet care innovation, to recruit a **Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA)** Intern for Summer 2026.
The clients Global R&D Regulatory and Scientific Affairs team provides strategic, business-focused regulatory guidance across international markets. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on regulatory experience while supporting innovative products that improve the lives of pets and people worldwide.
**Pay Rate:** $ 17.92/hr
**Assignment Type:** Temporary Internship (12 Weeks)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
**Location:** On-Site St. Louis, MO
**Dress Code** : Business Casual
What You’ll Do
As an RSA Intern, you’ll work closely with experienced regulatory professionals and contribute to meaningful, real-world projects, including:
• Conduct research and analysis on regulatory requirements, guidelines, and compliance standards
• Support product development and international regulatory initiatives
• Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory filings, including applications, reports, dossiers, and position papers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile and organize regulatory documentation
• Identify improvement opportunities and support regulatory databases and documentation systems
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, providing insights on regulatory and scientific topics
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in:
• Science, Communication, Policy, Agriculture, or a related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Regulatory & Scientific Affairs
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for 12 consecutive weeks during Summer 2026

• Ability to gather, interpret, and summarize scientific and regulatory information
• Comfortable working independently and within a hybrid team
