Laboratory Supervisor – Day Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily laboratory operations and support high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values teamwork, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced clinical environment.
**Location** : Bradenton, FL (Onsite)
**Schedule** : Full-Time | Days | Rotating Weekends
**Specialty:** Laboratory Management
**Pay Range:** $32.62 – $48.93/hour(Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise laboratory staff and assign shifts and functional areas
• Oversee laboratory operations, workflows, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor quality assurance and implement corrective action plans
• Manage resources including staffing, payroll, supplies, and expenses
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and professional development of staff
• Support service excellence and positive patient experiences
Qualifications
• Associate Degree in Science or Medical Technology required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred
• Florida Supervisor License required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Experience across 3 technical lab specialties preferred

**Pay Details:** $32.62 to $48.93 per hour
