    We’re seeking a **compassionate and motivated Outpatient Counselor** to join our behavioral health team in a **fully remote role** . This opportunity is ideal for an Arizona-licensed clinician who wants to provide high-quality outpatient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

     

    You’ll support individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions through virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide **individual, group, and family counseling** via telehealth

    + Conduct **clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations**

    + Collaborate with **multidisciplinary teams** to support holistic client outcomes

    + Utilize **evidence-based interventions** for mental health, substance use, and crisis needs

    + Provide **crisis intervention** in accordance with program guidelines

    + Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system

    + Participate in **case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development**

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Active Arizona license required** through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners

    _(LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW required)_

    + **2+ years of relevant clinical experience** preferred

    + Experience in **outpatient, mental health, substance use, or crisis settings** strongly desired

    + Comfortable delivering care via **telehealth platforms**

    + Passion for serving **diverse populations** using recovery-oriented, client-centered care

    + Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills
