    We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)** to join our **OBGYN specialty team** in **Zephyrhills, FL** . This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant interested in women’s health who enjoys working closely with providers in a supportive, patient-centered clinical environment.

     

    This is a **direct-hire, full-time opportunity** offering **excellent benefits starting Day One** and a consistent weekday schedule.

    What You’ll Do

    + Greet and prepare patients for OBGYN exams and procedures with professionalism and compassion

    + Collect and document vital signs, patient intake, and clinical information in **Epic EMR**

    + Assist providers during OBGYN exams, procedures, and treatments

    + Administer medications and injections as ordered (if certified)

    + Perform pregnancy testing, specimen collection, and assist with in-office procedures

    + Perform EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and lab specimen handling as needed

    + Educate patients on aftercare instructions and provider recommendations

    + Maintain clean, safe, and organized exam rooms and equipment

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHMG, and clinical regulations

    + Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and care team members

    + Support the organization’s mission and commitment to compassionate women’s healthcare

    What We’re Looking For

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Graduate of a **CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited** Medical Assistant program

    + Current MA certification (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA)

    + Current **CPR certification**

    + **Minimum 1 year** of experience as a Medical Assistant

    + **OBGYN experience preferred, not required**

    + **Epic EMR experience preferred**

    + Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

    + Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy clinical setting

    + Bilingual Spanish preferred
