**Location:** Denver, CO
**Position Type:** Full-Time | Days | Rotating Weekends
**Compensation:** $26.52 – $40.90 per hour (based on experience)
**On-Call Differential:** $2.00 per hour
**Sign-On Bonus:** $15,000
**Relocation Assistance:** $5,000 (for candidates relocating more than 75 miles)
Shift Options
+ 4 × 10-hour shifts or 3 × 12-hour shifts
+ Start times: 6:30 AM or 9:00 AM
+ On-call and some weekend coverage required
+ Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility for on-call shifts
Position Summary
The Certified Surgical Technologist provides scrub support for a wide range of surgical procedures in a high-acuity operating room environment. This role requires strong knowledge of aseptic technique, instrumentation, and surgical workflows, and may include mentoring less experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform scrub role during surgical procedures
+ Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile supplies
+ Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures
+ Assist with room turnover and case preparation
+ Serve as a resource or preceptor to staff and students as needed
+ Participate in on-call coverage per department needs
Qualifications
+ Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
+ Current CST certification (NBSTSA) required
+ State surgical registry required, if applicable
+ BLS certification required
+ Minimum of 1 year of operating room surgical technologist experience
Practice Environment
+ Trauma-designated acute care facility
+ Large operating suite with advanced technology
+ Broad surgical services including orthopedics, spine, trauma, neuro, vascular, transplant, and general surgery

**Pay Details:** $26.52 to $40.90 per hour
