    Production Packaging Associate (3rd Shift)

    **Employment Type:** Temporary to Hire

    **Pay Rate:** $ 20.90/hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    **Work Location:** Onsite – Manassas, VA

    Job Summary

    The Production Packaging Associate supports the production of packaged goods by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. This role carries out daily instructions from the Production Manager or Supervisor in alignment with the established production and packaging schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support production and packaging operations according to SOPs and quality requirements

    + Follow instructions from management to meet daily production goals

    + Perform tasks independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

    + Comply with all safety, quality, and operational guidelines

    Teamwork & Performance Expectations

    + Familiarity with standard production and packaging concepts and procedures

    + Ability to work autonomously with general supervision

    + Use judgment, experience, and established guidelines to complete assigned tasks

    + Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and accountability

    Qualifications

    + **Education/Experience:**

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

    + **Math Skills:**

    + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

    + **Reasoning Ability:**

    + Ability to solve practical problems and follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions

    + Ability to work in environments with limited standardization

    Work Environment

    + Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations

    + Occasional exposure to electrical hazards, extreme heat (non-weather related), and chemicals

    + Loud noise levels typical of a production environment

    Physical Requirements

    + Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs

    + Infrequently move up to 100 lbs

    + Stand for extended periods

    + Use hands and arms for handling, reaching, and operating equipment

    + Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, or balancing

    **Pay Details:** $20.90 per hour
