    + **Pay Range:** $44.27 – $61.99/hour (based on years of experience) **Shift: Days** **__________________________________________________________________________** **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager to provide strong nursing leadership and oversee daily operations of a high-volume, Level II Trauma Emergency Department. This role reports to the ED Director and hospital nursing leadership and is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. **_____________________________________________________________________________** **Key Responsibilities** • Provide leadership and oversight for Emergency Department nursing staff • Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow of the ED • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and clinical standards • Monitor quality outcomes and hold staff accountable for performance • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams **______________________________________________________________________________** **Department Details** • Trauma Level: II • Patient Volume: ~100 patients per day • Unit Size: 24 main beds + 12 hallway beds • Staff Oversight: ~90 FTEs • Departments Overseen: Emergency Department only **______________________________________________________________________________** **Qualifications** • Minimum 3 years of recent (within the last year) acute care ED leadership experience ○ Charge Nurse experience considered; Manager-level experience strongly preferred in high-acuity settings • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing ○ BSN preferred or actively pursuing (completion within 2 years of hire) • Active RN license (compact license accepted where applicable) **• Required within 90 days of hire:** ○ ACLS ○ TNCC ○ NIH Stroke Scale ○ ENPC or PALS **_____________________________________________________________________________** **Benefits** • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with employer match • Paid time off and paid family leave • Tuition assistance and certification support • Employee wellness programs and counseling resources • Employee recognition programs and discount offerings

    **Pay Details:** $44.27 to $61.99 per hour
