Job Type - Contract 2months with possible extension
Shift Hours - 8am to 5pm (M-F)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Administrative Intake Coordinator** to support member services and clinical operations. This role serves as a key point of contact between members, providers, hospitals, and the clinical team, ensuring timely processing of referrals, authorizations, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage administrative intake of members
+ Answer incoming and outgoing calls from members and providers
+ Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical teams to manage service requests
+ Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification, and census functions
+ Assist clinical staff by preparing documents and triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
+ Navigate and document information across multiple clinical applications and SharePoint sites
+ Accurately enter all data into the electronic health record (EHR) in accordance with company policies and procedures
+ Monitor outstanding referral reports and perform timely follow-up per company guidelines
+ Handle inquiries and assist with issue resolution for members and providers
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Prior experience in healthcare administration, intake, referrals, or care coordination preferred
+ Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical systems
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Pay Details:** $13.15 per hour
