    We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role combines administrative support with accounting-related tasks, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in finance or accounting.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring smooth operations.

    • Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

    • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.

    • Collaborate with accounting staff to prepare reports, invoices, and other financial documents.

    • Manage correspondence and communication related to accounting and administrative matters.

    • Maintain updated records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

    • Support the team in tracking expenses and verifying financial data.

    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

    • Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability for routine operations.

    • Assist in the preparation of presentations or materials for financial meetings.

    Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles.

     

    • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

    • Familiarity with finance administration and accounting operations.

    • Solid understanding of corporate accounting principles.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Competence with office software and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software.
