    Description of Position

     

    This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solutions. The Technical Business Analyst supports systems implementations, data integration efforts, and process optimization initiatives, helping ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.

    Requirements

    Experience gathering and documenting detailed business and technical requirements

     

    Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

     

    Experience with APIs, data flows, and systems integration

     

    Strong skills in writing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

     

    Experience with UAT planning and test support

     

    Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or SQL reporting

    Strong analytical and stakeholder facilitation skills
