Description We are looking for a skilled Analyst to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support accurate reporting and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data manipulation, business intelligence tools, and systems analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and interpret complex data to produce actionable insights for business decision-making.

• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization software.

• Automate data processes to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Conduct detailed account analysis to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

• Identify trends and opportunities in data to support strategic planning efforts.

• Develop and maintain documentation for analytical processes and reporting tools.

• Provide recommendations to enhance data quality and optimize reporting systems.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in data analysis and visualization. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Strong skills in data manipulation and automation techniques.

• Experience with financial planning and account analysis.

• Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly.

• Solid understanding of systems analysis and business analytics.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
