Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining organized and accurate records while supporting the team's operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into company systems with a high level of accuracy.

• Verify the completeness and correctness of information before entering it into databases.

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records to ensure easy access and retrieval.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve data-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and data security protocols.

• Perform routine audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.

• Operate office equipment and software necessary for completing data entry tasks.

• Assist other departments with data-related inquiries or tasks as needed.

• Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, showcasing accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric data entry.

• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and precision.

• Familiarity with computer systems and data entry software.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for handling confidential information.
