    Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while advancing your career. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction by managing orders, collaborating across departments, and resolving issues promptly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and enter customer orders into the order management system, ensuring accuracy in details such as quantity, pricing, discounts, and delivery timelines.

    • Monitor and track orders daily, providing updates and collaborating with the Sales Support Specialist team to address any concerns.

    • Prepare weekly forecasts to guide replenishment efforts based on current and upcoming demand projections.

    • Offer support to the Sales Support Specialist team in Mexico when required.

    • Coordinate with the shipping department to optimize schedules and enhance performance.

    • Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve pricing discrepancies and address invoicing challenges.

    • Ensure all orders are processed promptly and accurately, meeting a two-hour turnaround time from receipt.

    • Participate in weekend duty rotation every eight weeks, with compensatory time off during the week, and address after-hours emergencies as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or related role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations.

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

    • Strong customer service abilities and experience with customer service software.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage post-sales support, including order entry and backorder resolution.

    • Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales processes.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

    • Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts every eight weeks. TalentMatch®
