Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Marlton, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. The role requires proficiency in bookkeeping practices and familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date.

• Maintain organized and detailed financial documentation for reporting purposes.

• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and track company finances efficiently.

• Prepare periodic financial reports to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in financial records.

• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting tasks.

• Handle inquiries related to financial transactions and provide solutions.

• Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.

• Ability to analyze financial information and prepare reports.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with accounting standards and best practices.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
