    Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in mechanical and electrical builds of customer products.

    + Understand and interpret basic wiring schematics and diagrams.

    + Perform tasks such as crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing wires.

    + Work under direct supervision with frequent monitoring.

    + Follow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aids and schematics.

    + Ensure work area is clean and organized according to 5S standards.

    + Comply with company security policies and procedures.

    + Coordinate tasks with team members for projects requiring multiple people.

    + Keep inventory personnel informed about spare parts inventory and locations.

    + Conduct real-time testing for point-to-point testing to ensure accurate wiring.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical assembly.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly.

    + Experience with electrical wiring, including machine building.

    + Ability to interpret blueprints, graphs, schematics, and diagrams.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to draw valid conclusions.

    + Competence in using a Windows-based operating system and related software.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in industrial electricity, maintenance, or manufacturing specialties.

    + Experience in mechanical assembly with wiring experience.

    + Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts.

    + Creative and analytical thinking ability.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
