Job Description
We are seeking skilled Warehouse Associates to join our team in Wilmington. This role involves unloading carts of medical supplies, verifying product and orders using an RF scanner, and rerouting items to their final destination. The position is labor-intensive and requires candidates to be accustomed to being on their feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities
+ Unload carts packed with boxes of medical supplies.
+ Verify products and orders using RF scanner.
+ Route items to their final destination.
+ Ensure accuracy of received items, especially for New Hanover Regional or Ortho.
Essential Skills
+ Experience working in a warehouse environment.
+ Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
+ Capability to walk 40,000+ steps per shift.
+ RF scanner experience preferred.
+ Experience in warehousing and distribution.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Forklift operation.
+ Order picking and packing.
+ Inventory management.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and climate-controlled 50,000 square foot warehouse distribution center with a team of 15 people. Dress comfortably in appropriate attire, including shorts and short sleeve shirts, while ensuring no offensive content on clothing. Closed-toed shoes are mandatory, with tennis shoes being acceptable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
