Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technician – Denver, CO

**Pay Range:** $30.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Shift:** 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Schedule:

+ Week 1: Wednesday – Saturday (48 hours)

+ Week 2: Thursday – Saturday (36 hours, Wednesday optional)

About the Role:

We are seeking **Industrial Maintenance Technicians** to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you’ll be essential to keeping our manufacturing systems running smoothly. You’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems while supporting preventive maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with all safety standards. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced industrial systems and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

+ Execute and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs in partnership with planners

+ Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

+ Complete required safety training and follow all safety policies and procedures

+ Support facility operations, including conveyor systems, motors, and automation equipment

Skills/Qualifications:

+ Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair abilities

+ Experience with preventive maintenance programs

+ Mechanical aptitude with blueprint reading skills

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, automation, and HVAC systems

+ Familiarity with 3-phase electrical systems and conveyor maintenance

+ Hands-on experience with motors and industrial maintenance practices

+ Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ideally eMaint

+ Experience in CNC maintenance (a plus)

+ Proficiency with PLC controls, hand tools, and power tools

+ Skills in installation, welding, fabrication, and general service work

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
