    We are seeking an experienced Ammonia Manager who is ready to engage in hands-on work while leading a team of skilled technicians. This role is essential for maintaining efficient ammonia refrigeration systems and ensuring the team's success.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support.

    + Perform hands-on work with ammonia refrigeration systems.

    + Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all ammonia-related processes.

    + Develop and implement maintenance and safety protocols.

    + Collaborate with other departments to optimize refrigeration performance.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of ammonia management experience.

    + Proficiency in ammonia refrigeration systems.

    + Strong leadership and team management abilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in supervision or management roles.

    + Capability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment

    The position offers flexible working hours with available shifts on the 1st shift from 5 AM to 3 PM and the 2nd shift from 7 PM to 5 AM. The work environment is dynamic and requires adherence to safety standards and efficient operation of refrigeration equipment.

    This is a Permanent position based out of San Antonio, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
