As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will partner with global R&D leaders to drive financial strategy and enable life-changing technologies.     What You Will Do

    + Manage end-to-end FP&A responsibilities for approximately $160M in annual R&D spend across global functions.

    + Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and insightful reporting with commentary.

    + Build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans in collaboration with R&D and Clinical leadership.

    + Perform financial modeling and strategic analysis to guide decisions on new product development and clinical trial investments.

    + Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business results.

    + Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.

    + Prepare high-quality financial presentations and materials for senior leadership.

    + Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance business support.

     

    What You Will Need

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    + Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

    + Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and pivot tables.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience building dashboards in Power BI.

    + CPA or CMA certification.

     

    $77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
