The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications.The company offers a great work environment! HR Representative Qualifications: * 1-3 years of customer service experience working in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment as a subject matter expert in one functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications. * Ability to provide world-class customer service. * Ability and judgment to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. * Ability to keep abreast of constantly changing University systems, regulations, policies, and procedures. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Knowledge of university personnel and payroll policies and procedures.
