Business Analyst - ADM

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst – ADM position for our client.
**Location:** Houston, TX
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Serve as the overall project owner as defined in Enterprise One (E1), providing end-to-end oversight for AT&T applications and vendor-managed applications.
+ Engage early in the project lifecycle (Pre-Phase 2) and collaborate closely with AT&T Directors, Engagement Leads, Portfolio Managers, Solution Architects, Business Sponsors, and other cross-functional leaders.
+ Coordinate with key stakeholders including Enterprise Release Management (EPAC) and Testing teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
+ Ensure accurate and timely updates across multiple AT&T tools, including E1, VE, LeanKit, and iTrack, for all project activities and deliverables.
+ Manage delivery of Epics, including backlog management, status tracking, and reporting to business clients.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize Feature backlogs, including participation in PI Planning activities.
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to AT&T processes and methodologies.
Skills:
+ Required:
+ AT&T LPM with Mobility-specific experience.
+ Strong knowledge of AT&T project delivery tools and platforms (E1, VE, LeanKit, iTrack).
+ Proven ability to manage Epics, backlogs, and reporting within an Agile/SAFe environment.
+ Nice to Have:
+ Knowledge of AT&T tools, methods, and processes.
+ Strong time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with risk management, change management, stakeholder management, and financial management.
Experience:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting application development and maintenance (ADM) initiatives.
+ Demonstrated experience working in large, complex enterprise environments, preferably within AT&T or comparable telecommunications organizations.
+ Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
