What You Will Do:

Brand Supply Teams manage Finished Product Supply Planning for a category(s) under the Signature at the market level, facilitating coordination of inventory & production, understanding of trade-offs, and streamlining communication to key stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to the below listing:

+ Coordinating monthly production requirements for multiple manufacturing sites.

+ Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory parameters to ensure the delivery of Service KPI. Understands and communicates short to mid-term supply constraints and manages E&O at the signature level.

+ Effectively communicating, mitigating, and managing risk with both Supply Chain and Business counterparts

+ Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions and streamlines communication to commercial teams through the local Customer Supply Chain Team (or through short-term Inventory Exception & Management meetings)

+ Coordinate product availabilities with local markets or international affiliates.

+ Responsible for E&O review & management and identifying and implementing E&O reduction opportunities in the local market.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

+ BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant job experience

+ Demonstrated ability to effectively working with diverse cross functional partners

+ MS Office experience, strong proficiency in Excel with comfort analyzing/manipulating large data sets and presenting visually

+ Comfort with ERP Systems - SAP APO Experience a plus

+ Strong communication skills

+ An enthusiasm for continuous learning and development

Salary Range: $90,200.00- $128,500.00 The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
