• Production Planner/Scheduling MRP Analyst

    Within our manufacturing facility in Lubbock Leprino is seeking a Production Planner/MRP Analyst to move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth!     What Youll Do:

    + Develop and maintain accurate, timely production schedules to ensure finished goods availability, meet customer orders, and support inter-plant shipments.

    + Manage raw material, packaging, pallet, and reprocessed inventories; oversee work orders; and ensure material integrity and proper inventory rotation

    + Utilize planning systems to forecast demand, establish safety stocks, minimum production levels, and lead times while ensuring adequate milk and supply availability.

    + Partner with production teams to optimize blending and scheduling in a dynamic environment, maximizing service levels, profitability, and production efficiency.

    You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

    + Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Product Management, or equivalent work experience

    + 3+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, product management, or other relevant experience

    We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

    + Technical background in food technology, food science, dairy science, microbiology, or chemistry

    + Dairy/Cheese manufacturing experience

    + Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing environment
