Responsibilities

Material Handler - Forklift Operator

Vancouver, WA

Compensation Includes:

+ Starting Pay Rate of **$20.70 - 24.50/hour** depending on experience

Available Shift:

+ **Sunday - Tuesday + every other Wednesday** : 7:00am - 7:00pm

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and tracking raw materials and/or finished goods in compliance with Safety Programs and Quality Assurance Systems to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

+ Pull, transport, & stage product per designated procedure for both truckload and multi-stop loads

+ Unload, stage, and receive RO Finished Goods and/or Manufactured Finished Goods

+ Unload, stage, and receive Raw Material

+ Transfer Raw Materials, Production Supplies, and MRO Supplies to designated production area

+ Complete accurate inventory transactions for movement of all Raw Materials, Finished Goods, RO Finished Goods, and Manufactured Finished Goods

+ Collect recyclable and non-recyclable waste from production areas; dispose of waste per designated procedure

+ Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

+ Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures

+ Actively engage in safety programs

+ Responsibility for food safety and GMP’s

+ Assist other team members as needed

+ Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Qualifications

+ At least one year experience in warehouse or distribution center; experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred

+ Eligible to work in the United States

+ Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen

+ Commitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplace

+ Quality-conscious, oriented to excellence

+ Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level

+ Well-developed problem-solving skills; creative, out-of-the-box thinker
