Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Product Manager who has experience focusing on consumer facing products within a subscription environment. They will be responsible for owning the development, enhancement and delivery of the companies Web and mobile products primarily but will be exposed to OTT, Smart devices and smart TVs. This person will gather requirements while making and maintaining relationships with stake holders. Run sprints, tickets, documentation and troubleshoot needed applications. They should have the ability to research and provide insights and ideas towards new features and ways to enhance existing products. A focus on customization will be driven from the use of consumer data gathered from Tableau and Mix Panel dashboards. Great communication, organization and attitude is required.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of Product Manager experience focused on consumer facing digital and streaming products within the OTT, SVOD, AVOD & Subscription space

- Experience building products with a customer centric strategy

- Experience providing customization and personalization to digital products across a verify of platforms – Web, Mobile & Smart Devices

- Hands on experience working with Tableau or Mix Panel dashboards to analyze user data and deliver insights

- Experience with requirement gathering and team feature reviews, utilizing Jira and Confluence for documentation and ticketing

- Experience working on delivery of a web product that has integrated video & audio playback using Brightcove

- Ability to research and provide insights and ideas towards new features and ways to enhance existing products
