Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce QA Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce implementations, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and call center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing QA teams, designing comprehensive test strategies, and ensuring successful user acceptance testing (UAT) for complex Salesforce environments.

Skills and Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience leading QA teams in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, specifically in call center implementations.
- Deep knowledge of regression testing and UAT planning.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Knowledge Management.
- Proven expertise in CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and Document Generation implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
