$100K to $125K - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Position Overview
The Key Account Manager is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing accounts. This position requires a consultative approach, aligning closely with customer needs to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The role is primarily focused on “farmer” activities—nurturing current clients, identifying new opportunities, and upselling SaaS solutions throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships
Meet with clients onsite and in-office to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions
Identify and create new leads and opportunities within existing accounts
Drive upsell initiatives to expand product adoption and maximize account value
Manage all sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
