• Safety Specialist- Night Shift

    Job Description

    • Walk the floor and conduct regular safety observations

    • Perform daily headcounts and workforce tracking

    • Assist with toolbox talks and distributing safety messaging

    • Support daily documentation and basic reporting

    • Help maintain safety logs, checklists, and compliance tools

    • Identify and communicate potential hazards

    • Assist Safety Advisors with general site safety tasks

    • Participate in onboarding, training support, and housekeeping safety

     

    Promote a positive, proactive safety culture onsite

    Skills and Requirements

    • 1 year of experience in EHS, coordination, or construction support

    • OSHA 10, 30 preferred

    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

    • Must have consistent recent work history (stability is the priority)

    • Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts

    • Must be able to pass:

    • Standard background check

    • 10‑panel drug test (no THC)

    • Must not currently be employed by a competitor onsite
