    Administrative Office Coordinator Position

     

    This position works in-person at our Rancho Cucamonga office and supports our Early Intervention Program.

    This is a temporary opening, full-time plus full benefits package

    *Temporary positions can lead to permanent roles, but is not guaranteed. We are a large organization with many programs and opportunities.

     

    Pay Rate: $16.90/hour

     

    Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same as the next? In this role, your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission. Support management with administrative duties, including scheduling, travel planning, and routine correspondence.

     

    + Support department staff by coordinating, planning, and organizing duties and responsibilities related to program operations.

    + Provide backup support for administrative staff.

    + Assure training and continuing in-service training instruction is received by all staff.

    + Assist in preparation and maintenance of contracts and contract proposals.

    + Coordinate building maintenance, office equipment, purchasing, and space planning/lease.

    + Organize and plan department/program meetings, training, and events.

    + May assist with Human Resources-related functions such as maintaining employee records, auditing or entering employee time, etc.

    + Coordinate, process, and maintain payroll, invoices, accounts payable, and develop systems and operations reports within the department.

    + Perform timekeeper responsibilities.

    **_Qualifications_** :

    + High school diploma or equivalent - required.

    + At least 2 years of experience in administrative support role or a role with similar job duties and functions

    + Valid CA driver's license in good standing; must have at least one year of verifiable driver history as a licensed driver in a US state

    + Reliable vehicle with proof of valid registration and insurance

    + Must be able to pass background clearances (including criminal, driver history, physical and TB test)

    + Qualities REQUIRED:

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

    + Effective communication skills to manage relationships

    + A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

    + A commitment to quality in everything you do
