    Summary You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Maritime Branch, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Maritime Division, FMS Operations Department, International Programs Directorate of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. #LI-NAVSUPWSS Responsibilities You will support FMS PM/SSLEM with Hardware System Command (HSC) Integrated Product Support Management Team (IPSMT) meetings and logistics planning and sustainment meetings to formulate provisioning plans, schedules, and supply support programs. You will prepare or assist the FMS PM/SSLEM in preparing responses to Price and Availability requests for various Maritime ships and systems or parts. You will respond to customer and/or mission partner requests for updates on requisition and/or procurement status. You will review FMS customer spares procurement requirements for correct configuration, unit of issue, standard price, quantity, Part Number, National Stock Number, CAGE code etc. and inform customer of any discrepancies and corrections made. You will Initiate, monitor, maintain, and analyze information on FMS procurement transactions within the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) for assigned programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-11 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Create, track, and update status of requisitions in applicable logistics databases without assistance. Experienced in preparing responses to Price and Availability (P&A) requests for various Maritime ships and systems or parts. Experienced in establishing and maintaining all internal requisition and procurement databases, and spreadsheets. For the GS-09 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Create, track, and update status of requisitions in applicable logistics databases with assistance. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: For the GS-11 Level Only: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
