    The Opportunity

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Material Associate** to support critical aerospace operations in **Haltom City, TX** . In this role, you’ll be a key part of the supply chain—ensuring materials are received, handled, and delivered accurately and safely to keep production moving on schedule.

     

    Your work will directly impact on-time assembly, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

     

    + **Job Type:** Full-Time, Consultant (12 months)

    + **Location:** Haltom City, TX 76137

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) _Must be able to work extra hours as business demands_

    + **Pay Rate:** $2-26/hour

    What You’ll Do Day to Day

    + Receive, inspect, and open customer product; verify shipments against purchase orders for accuracy, shortages, or damage

    + Review purchase orders and documentation; create service notifications as required

    + Pack and prepare materials for shipment, including commercial and military pack slips, bills of lading, and other required shipping documents in compliance with export control guidelines

    + Kit materials onto carts and transport them to operations for assembly

    + Operate cranes, hoists, and power trucks to safely move materials

    + Assemble and verify orders against customer or shipping requirements; report shortages or incomplete orders

    + Stack shipments on skids and deliver to the shipping dock

    + Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly stored materials

    + Support **AOG (Aircraft on Ground)** duties and flexible scheduling as business needs require

    Required Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or vocational/technical training in a related field

    + Minimum **2 years of relevant experience**

    + Experience in **warehouse, stockroom, and/or shipping operations**

    + **SAP experience** preferred

    + Ability to operate cranes, hoists, or power trucks safely

    + Willingness to work overtime and support time-sensitive operational needs **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Aerospace or manufacturing environment experience

    + Familiarity with export control or regulated shipping processes

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
