    McNally Industries (Grantsburg, WI)


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Inspect parts and equipment using an open plate setup using granite plate.

    + Execute existing CMM Programs to include trouble shooting programs to ensure the integrity of the measurements.

    + Use alternative measuring methods if necessary.

    + Record, analyze inspection results to certify or reject products.

    + Maintain paperwork and quality documents.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Specific technical or vocational training preferred, but not required.

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of inspection and production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

    + Experience executing CMM Programs.

    + Advanced blueprint reading with GD&T and granite plate measuring skills.

    + Working knowledge of ISO work instructions.
